You will not be surprised that the use of video communication for ‘holding remote meetings’ will ensure your company can make huge savings in terms of time and money. And this while you do not have to make concessions with regard to the reality of face-to-face communication.

But there are more reasons to immediately switch to video communication. Video communication will limit unnecessary travel, which will ensure that you will be more efficient with your time and, moreover, will have more time for your private life. Holding remote meetings usually involves less time and is more effective. This will lead to faster decision-taking. Video communication makes it easy to involve multiple locations on a global scale when discussing issues, which, in turn, improves internal communications. To conclude, video communication limits the necessity to have mobility, which basically means that you are also helping to create a better environment.

Talk & Vision offers its customers a one-stop shopping concept for both the national and international implementation of videoconferencing. As well as the necessary hardware (TANDBERG, Polycom, Sony) Talk & Vision also supplies a whole range of supplementary managed video services (MAVIS) that enables to manage the entire videoconferencing operation.

Since July first 2009, KPN bought a majority stake (51%) in Talk & Vision. Based on strong customer demand, KPN and Talk & Vision decided to merge forces to be able to serve our mutual customers even better and combine the international network and broad ICT portfolio of KPN with the videoconferencing specialism of Talk & Vision.
