Step 1: PREPARE

• View the Technical Overview (PDF) for system requirements and security matters.
• Use this testlink to test your connection with Microsoft® Office Live Meeting.
• During the test you may be asked to download and install the Microsoft® Office Live Meeting client. If you possess insufficient installation privileges, you can use the web-based console.
• You can also download the Microsoft® Office Live Meeting client here (.exe file) (5 MB) any time you wish.
• You can phone our helpdesk for technical support 0800-0156 (+31 70 343 44 34).

Step 2: TRAIN

• You may participate free of charge in the web seminars we organize on various themes. Depending on the theme, the different facets of webconferencing will be addressed to a greater or lesser extent. Visit our website for more information.
• Acquire some basic knowledge by means of the Getting Started presentation in PowerPoint (.ppt)

Step 3: USE LIVE MEETING

• You can make a booking by phoning the operator on 0800-0156 (+31 70 343 44 34) or sending an e-mail to webconferencing@kpn.com
• You can book a Web Meeting via the online service.
• Use of Microsoft® Office Live Meeting also forms part of our ConferenceCard proposition. Also refer to www.conferencecard.nl
• After making a booking you will receive by e-mail the URLs and access codes you need for your webconference.
