are put on hold and cannot speak until the meeting starts. |

Variable Speed
A feature that allows sites of different connection
speeds to be connected. |

Mixed Media
A facility to add locations of a different media, such
as a audioconference or webconference. |

Voice Switched
A format of video that switches between speakers automatically,
triggered by the sound of the speaker's voice. |

Continuous Presence
A format of video that shows several locations at the
same time. |

Conference Control
An option to gain direct control over who to show
in the video.

Dataconferencing
A feature that uses T.120 for the exchange of data between
the participating location. |

Listen Only Mode
A facility that blocks a participant's right to speak, either temporarily
or permantent. |

Audio Back-Up
The possibility to quickly add audio connections to a
videoconference or to proceed the conference as an audioconference. |
