Executive
Service
The overview below describes the most
important facilities for the Executive Service. Whereever
there is operator assistance available, all code-activated
facilities are also available through the operator.
Dial-in service
Option of entering the conference by dialling the given
conference phone number and meeting an operator, or entering
the given conference entry code, followed by # using the
touch-keys on your phone. This option requires a standard
touch-tone (DTMF) phone.
Dial-out service
Option where the participants are called to join the
conference. In the automatic dial-out ('Blast Dial-out')
participants are called simultaneously. The operator then
checks whether all the connections have been made. An operator
dial-out means that an operator calls the participants one
by one.
Choice of Language
The option to choose the language spoken for the welcome, instructions
and operator assistance in the conference. Currently offered are Dutch
and English.
Operator Assistance
An operator can be called into the conference by dialling "00".
The operator can enable the above facilities and also, for
example, detect the noisy participant line and mute or otherwise
handle the interference. |
Music While You Wait
The conference does not start until the chairperson is present or signals
an operator. Until that time, music is played on all the participant
lines.
Entry/Exit Tone
You will hear the standard two sequential, increasing
tones when the participant enters a conference and decreasing
tones when a participant leaves the conference. In this
way, you can monitorthe number of participants in the conference.
For large groups, this can be a disturbance, therefore
this option allows you to turn the signals off.
Participant Count
The operator or a recorded voice tells you how
many participants are in the conference at that moment.
Lock Conference
The option of blocking entry of any participant
not currently in the conference: With this feature you
also block the operator from entering the conference.
End Conference
Allows the chairperson to disconnect all the lines
at once.
Subconference
An operator can split the conference into two
or more groups, for example to discuss different viewpoints
in more detail. The groups can be joined at a later stage.
Listen Only Mode
The facility to temporarily disallow participants to speak. |
Recording
You may request a recording of your conference on
VHS-tape or CDrom and receive this by postal mail. This facility
is ideal for archiving or, for example, the writing of a
report. |
Replay
A digital recording of the conference that makes it possible for all participants
to listen to the recording afterwards, via telephone using a passcode (replay
entry code). |
Q&A
Questions and Answers is a feature for allowing participants to ask questions
in a structured manner. The participants are in listen-only mode and dial
a two-digit combination to request time to ask a question. The operator
then turns the listen-only mode off for the corresponding line to allow
the participant to speak. |
Participant Registration
A list of participants sent to you after the conference.
The operator asks each person his name when he enters the
conference.
Minutes secretary service
The minutes of a conference can be taken. An experienced minutes secretary
of Moneypenny's will attend the meeting and make sure you will receive
the minutes by e-mail within one working day. |
Transcription service
Your conference can be put in writing word by word. The transcription is
done within three working days and sent to you by e-mail.
