The Reserved Audioconferencing in KPN's Audioconferencing
portfolio consists of convenient operator-assisted forms of
Audioconferencing. This service requires you to make a reservation before
the conference, which is possible up until 15 minutes before
the start of meeting. During your conference, operator
assistance is offered, such as dial-out, recording, music-on-wait
and participant count.
In the Reserved Audioconferencing, you may choose
between dialling into the conference (‘dial-in’) or letting the
operator call you (‘dial-out’). You may even
choose an automatic dial-out. Dial-out via an operator has
the advantage that the operator can immediately confirm that
the right person is on the phone. The advantage of an automatic
dial-out is that all the participants are called at exactly
the same time, therefore reducing the waiting time before
the conference starts. The operator always checks that all
connections are established after the automatic dial-out.
