| All of KPN's conferencing services provide
a certain form of operator assistance. During certain kinds
of meetings, direct operator assistance can be useful. With
the Executive Service, your conference will have a designated
operator that monitors your conference permanently. The operator
can reconnect lost connections, mute participants and facilitate
a question round using Q&A, all on que or according to
the agenda. By request, the operator can attend the meeting
so that you can issue requests directly without having to bring
an operator into the meeting. |
Depending on the experience of your participants,
you can invite up to a maximum of 35 participants to an audioconference
and still be sure that there are no difficulties for reaching
the desired results in the meeting. For larger groups, there
are special forms of Audioconferencing, such as conferencing
with large groups (the Event Call ). For some meetings, however,
it is difficult to estimate how many of the invitees will
actually attend and therefore to decide wether the Reserved Audioconferencing suffices. In this case, the Executive Service is
the solution.
