Customized Service
A typical event call consists of a presentation followed by the opportunity to
ask questions. The participants dial a previously given telephone number
and are welcomed by the operator and registered. The participants listen
to music until the start of the event call. The presenters are dialled by
the operator and can hold a pre-event discussion. During the event call,
the participants can only listen, so that the presenter cannot be interrupted.
The operator conducts the round of questions by allowing each participant
with a question to speak in turn. Participants can let the operator know
their wish to speak through dialling a combination of digits.
