An event call is customized. In close cooperation with you, the meeting is prepared and all your wishes are discussed. Afterwards, you receive a list of participants. For invitees who could not attend the conference, a replay (Digital Recording) service is offered, so that they may listen to the meeting at a later time.

To stay informed during the event call and to provide last-minute changes, you can request a separate telephone line to stay in contact with the event call operators.

During the preparation of your event call, the mediamix is chosen. For example, you can combine the standard audioconference with a videoconference using the Multi-Meeting® High Impact Videoconferencing services. Webconferencing offers the use of presenting sheets via Internet in parallel to your audioconference. Webcasting service allows a select company or a broad public to follow the presentation, video and sound, by Internet. Webcasting services are offered in co-operation with KPN.

Investor Relations Service
Investor Relation Calls are periodic event calls in which quarterly results and stock exchange sensitive information is presented to the world. The special character of these event calls has prompted KPN to offer a separate service, called the Investor Relations Service. With this service, you can keep control of all the necessary telecommunication services, including service on location.

On the one hand the Investor Relations Service aims to offer as much customised service as possible, and on the other hand, through specialisation and long-term relationships, it aims to apply knowledge of the service more effectively. Our webcast partner was first to market in the Netherlands with a specialised internet TV station for financial information, Finance Web TV. Through this initiative, the use of webcasting technology for the maintainance of investor relations within the Netherlands has a found broad foundation and streaming presentations are currently present at many different specialised financial portals.

The Investor Relations Service offers all possible assistance in the prepartion of the Investor Relations Call. The service provides direct access to all the forms of conferencing services. If necessary, you can count on assistance on location with, for example, temporary connections or rental of professional equipment. Also, you may make use of our network of relations to broadcast your presentation via internet through as many portals as possible.
