The ConferenceCard, also known as the Ad Hoc Service is a special type of Audioconferencing. The ConferenceCard means conferencing without reservation. You receive two conference entry codes for your conference: one for the chairman and one for the participants. You can start your conference at any time of the day by dialling the phone number of the ConferenceCard and entering your personal conference entry code. The participants listen to music while waiting for the chairman to enter the conference, therefore you can safely hand out the participant conference entry code without risk of the participants conferencing at your expense.

The ConferenceCard offers a limited form of operator assistance. You can ask an operator to enter the conference for assistance, such as splitting the conference into subgroup, or setting the participants to listen-only mode. The operator is available at Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 21.00 hrs (CET).

The ConferenceCard is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This makes the ConferenceCard an ideal tool for crisis meetings, allowing essential exchange of information.

The ConferenceCard is by subscription only. Each subscription allows conferencing with a maximum of 15 participants.
